Run an Approved Configuration, in Real Time or in Simulation
Virgil executes your workflow using your equipment configuration at the site you specified. It can execute in real time or perform a simulation. It can also delegate to your existing scheduler.
As an ISA-95 Level 3 component, Virgil runs alongside and in addition to your existing systems, so it never interferes with or displaces your operations. When you already run a scheduler, Virgil hands the work to it. With no scheduler, Virgil sequences the work itself. Depending on the level of integration, your data is not held hostage by the equipment and can be captured along with the compliance record.
